Marco Taviani

General Director

Marco has over twenty years of experience in cooperative finance and credit guarantee institutions across northern Italy. He oversees all strategic and operational activities at Rete Fidi Liguria and leads the consortium's relationships with banking partners and regulatory bodies. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding the consortium's guarantee capacity and member base.

Giulia Ferretti

Head of Credit Analysis

Giulia manages the credit assessment process for all guarantee applications, ensuring rigorous but fair evaluation of each member company's financial position. She holds a degree in economics from the University of Genoa and has previously worked in corporate lending at a major regional bank. Her approach balances analytical precision with a genuine commitment to helping viable businesses access credit.

Luca Brambilla

SME Relationship Manager

Luca is the primary point of contact for member companies navigating the guarantee application process. He specialises in working with micro-enterprises and craft businesses, helping them structure their financing requests effectively. Chiara Moretti

European Funds & Partnerships Coordinator

Chiara manages Rete Fidi Liguria's participation in European guarantee programmes, including those backed by the European Investment Fund and regional development funds. Compliance & Risk Officer

Roberto is responsible for regulatory compliance, internal risk management, and prudential reporting.
